Lisa Watson began serving Northwest College in 2014 as Vice President of Administrative Services and Finance. She served as the Interim President from fall 2020 to spring 2022 before accepting the position of President in March 2022. Prior to joining Northwest College, Lisa served as the Interim President and Vice President for Miles Community College and has extensive experience in private industry, working for businesses ranging from start-ups to fortune 500s.

President Watson holds a master's in business administration with a specialization in international business from the University of Miami. She is a certified public accountant, earning her bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Colorado - Boulder. President Watson is currently a doctoral candidate in the higher ed administration program at the University of Wyoming.
