Loan Counseling

Before you can receive your first Direct Subsidized Loan or a Direct Unsubsidized Loan disbursement, you must go through an Entrance Counseling session about loan rights, responsibilities and repayment:

Entrance Counseling

All students leaving NWC who borrow a Direct Subsidized Loan or a Direct Unsubsidized Loan must also complete an Exit Counseling session:

Exit Counseling

Loans are a debt and require responsibilities

You can always access your federal loan information (amounts/servicer) and repayment plan information through the Federal Student Aid website (studentaid.gov).
