Paint the Town Red is Powell’s ultimate welcome party for Northwest College students, and a celebration of the strong bond between town and college. Held annually in late August, this lively street festival fills downtown with music, food, and fun for all ages. Enjoy live bands, delicious eats from food trucks, and activities like face painting, laser tag, rock climbing, and a petting zoo. If you're 21 and up, you can even stop by the beer garden hosted by the Northwest College Alumni Association.
